Ultimate Support Service specifically includes:
- Urgent Priority email support service
- One-time 90 minutes live chat session - for gathering requirements and specific configuration details (is determined for each customer individually)
- Software installation/configuration
- Setting up cron jobs/automated tasks
- Providing requirements for third-party companies (hosting providers, ssl certificate providers etc)
- Communications with third-party companies (specific to each service request)
- Additional work related to third-party modules or Shopping Cart customizations required to be done for eMagicOne's module installation or upgrade
Detailed scope of work will be determined for each customer individually, you may be asked to purchase additional services.
You will need to provide the following information along with your order:
- FTP login details
- Hosting control panel URL and login details
- Store Admin section login details
- Module/application name
